1. Delivery Areas
Liquorream currently delivers to select areas within Bangalore and suburbs. We are continuously expanding our delivery zones to serve you better. Please enter your delivery address at checkout to see if we deliver to your location.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Orders placed between 11 am and 10 pm will be delivered within 60 minutes. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the current demand.
- Scheduled Delivery: Choose your preferred delivery slot at checkout, and we will ensure your order arrives within the selected time frame.
3. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery: Free for orders above INR 699. A delivery fee of INR 49 applies for orders below this amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. This link will allow you to track your order in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.
5. Packaging
We take utmost care to ensure your ice cream and desserts arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to maintain the optimal temperature and prevent any damage during transit.
6. Delivery Partner
We have partnered with reliable delivery services to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your orders. Our delivery partners are trained to handle your orders with care.
7. Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will make a second attempt to deliver your order. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our store, and a refund (minus delivery charges) will be processed.
8. Delays and Cancellations
While we strive to deliver your orders within the promised time, unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions, or other emergencies may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to deliver your order as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 10 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations after this time frame will not be accepted.
